Is the free version time-limited?
No. The free version has no time limit: you can add up to 2 hosts and use SSH, SFTP and RDP without a credit card. Session recording is reserved for Pro plans and the perpetual license.
How do I upgrade to KeyHole Pro?
You pick a plan inside the app; the purchase is handled by Apple. Without a choice from you, nothing is charged and the free version remains usable.
Can I switch from monthly to yearly?
Yes, anytime from your Apple account. The new plan takes over at the end of the current period.
Subscription or perpetual license?
The subscription (€39/year or €4.99/month) covers every update while active. The perpetual license (€99) covers KeyHole 1 for good; later major versions are sold separately with preferential pricing.
How do I get an invoice?
Purchases and subscriptions are billed by Apple: the receipt arrives by email and stays available in your Apple account purchase history.
