Distribution of the app

KeyHole is distributed through the Mac App Store. The download is free (version limited to two hosts); KeyHole Pro subscriptions and the perpetual licence are sold through Apple and governed by the Apple Media Services terms and conditions. Payments, invoices, any trials, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple from your Apple account; IT-SECURE Luxembourg receives no banking data.

Licence keys may also be issued directly by IT-SECURE Luxembourg (businesses, resellers); they are covered by a separate agreement.

KeyHole, the ">_" symbol, the VigilanceX and HostCitadel brands, as well as the texts, graphic elements, screenshots and software presented on this website are the property of IT-SECURE Luxembourg S.à r.l. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or distribution, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited, except for uses permitted by law (short quotation, private use).

The KeyHole app includes open-source software components distributed under their respective licences; the list and licence texts can be viewed from within the app (Help › About menu).

Third-party trademarks

Apple, macOS, Mac, Touch ID and Mac App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. Windows and Remote Desktop (RDP) are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. Termius is a trademark of Termius Corporation. These trademarks are cited for identification purposes only; their owners are neither affiliated with IT-SECURE Luxembourg nor endorse KeyHole.

KeyHole is an administration tool that establishes connections to servers and workstations of your choosing. You remain solely responsible for the credentials used, the commands executed and the compliance of these uses with the applicable rules. To the extent permitted by law, IT-SECURE Luxembourg shall not be held liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the website or the app, including data loss, service interruptions or loss of business.

Governing law and disputes

This website and this legal notice are governed by Luxembourg law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, the courts of the City of Luxembourg have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules applicable in the user's country of residence.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, consumers may use the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. In Luxembourg, the Service national du Médiateur de la consommation may also be contacted.
